Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Fluence ("we", "us", "Fluence") and the website and services at fluenceapp.store (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Fluence provides an AI sales assistant that answers questions, recommends products, and shares your payment links with your customers. You can train it with your own content and embed it on your website or share it via a link.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Break the law or infringe others' rights.
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or that you do not have the right to use.
• Send spam, abuse, or attempt to overload, hack, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Misrepresent the AI as a licensed professional (e.g. legal, medical, or financial advisor).

You are solely responsible for the content you add and for the claims your bot makes based on that content.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Fluence offers a 7-day free trial, then a Pro plan at €30 per month.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Prices may change with prior notice.

5. Refunds

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. The free trial lets you evaluate the Service before paying.

6. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process and display that content solely to operate the Service for you. Fluence and its software, design, and branding remain our property.

7. AI disclaimer

The Service uses AI, which can produce inaccurate or unexpected output. Fluence does not guarantee specific results, sales, or that bot responses will always be correct. You are responsible for reviewing your bot's configuration and the accuracy of the information you provide.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fluence is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost sales arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to the Service or other users.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
