- Account data: your name and email address when you register.
- Content you provide: products, pricing, payment links, and knowledge (text, PDF, DOCX, images, video descriptions) you add to train your bot.
- Conversation data: messages exchanged between your bot and your customers, including derived signals such as buying stage and sentiment.
- Payment data: processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
- Technical data: IP address and request metadata, used for rate limiting and security.
3. How we use your information
- To provide and operate the Service (run your AI bot, store your knowledge, show analytics).
- To process subscriptions and billing through Stripe.
- To send service emails (welcome, payment, trial reminders).
- To protect the Service against abuse and fraud.
- To improve and maintain the Service.
4. Third-party services we use
We share data with trusted processors only as needed to run the Service:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and storage.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- OpenAI and DeepSeek — AI processing of messages and content to generate replies and embeddings.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Railway — application hosting.
5. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us. Some data may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g. billing records).

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences (such as light/dark mode). We do not use advertising trackers.
